Pork chops stuffed with sesame seed stuffing. Easy, fast, delicious

Recipe Ingredients for South Beach Sesame Stuffed Pork

1 1/2 lbs. pork chops, butterfly
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 1/2 slices wheat bread, crumbled
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for South Beach Sesame Stuffed Pork

  1. Saute onion, celery & sesame seeds in oil about 3 minutes or until slightly browned. Toss in bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and thyme.

  2. Flatten butterflied pork chops - lay one down in open roasting pan (I used a casserole dish). Top with stuffing & lay other one on top. Recipe says to fasten together, but I didn't. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 20 minutes. Enjoy
