Recipe Ingredients for South Beach Salmon Stuffed Red Pepper

1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 oz mushroom
1 oz low fat cheddar
1 oz parmesan
2 oz smoked salmon
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for South Beach Salmon Stuffed Red Pepper

  1. Cut Red Pepper in half and remove seeds

  2. Finely dice, mushroom, cheddar, parmesan, parsley and salmon add mayonnaise and blend. Lightly sprinkle with ground Cheyenne and stuff into pepper halves.

  3. Eat cold or heat if desired for dimnner.
