4 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for south beach peanut butter cookies

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

  3. Shape into small cookies - about 1/2 inch balls and flatten slightly.

  4. Bake for 8-10 mins, depending on your oven.. I'd start checking after 5 if you shape them into smaller balls

  5. These are best served warm - leftovers can be frozen, just microwave!
