Recipe Ingredients for South Beach Muffins

1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp Splenda no calorie
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Ground flax seeds

Recipe Directions for South Beach Muffins

  1. Mix egg and splenda until well combined, add the yogurt and blend well.

  2. Mix in ground flaxseed, cinnamon and baking powder until well combined.

  3. Pour in mug and microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds

  4. These taste best served hot.
