24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 large Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
4 cup Chicken Broth
16 oz Salsa Fresca
200 grams Cilantro

Recipe Directions for south beach mexican chicken soup

  1. saute onions in oil until soft

  2. add cumin and toas one minute or so

  3. add stock and heat to simmer

  4. cut chicken into thin strips

  5. add chicken to soup and gently simmer 3 minutes

  6. add salsa and heat to simmer

  7. stir in choped cilantro and serve
