1.75 cup Original
1.15 cup Sausage Crumbles
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for south beach egg muffins

  1. sautee all veggies adn sasague until done on med heat.

  2. pour into muffin tin sprayed with non stick cooking spray

  3. pour egg beaters over equally into each 6 muffin molds.

  4. sprinkle cheese ontop.

  5. bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
