Recipe Ingredients for South Beach Diet Sheperd's Pie

16 oz cauliflower
1 tbs olive oil
2 clove garlic
1 lb lean ground beef
15 oz peas
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 tbs sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup cheese
1 large onion

Recipe Directions for South Beach Diet Sheperd's Pie

Heat oven to 350. Boil cauliflower until tender and drain about 10 min. Spray casserole dish. Brown beef, onions and garlic, drain. Stir in worchesershire sauce and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to casserole dish. With mixer on med. whip cauliflower, egg yolk and sour cream until smooth. Spread over meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake for 20-25 min.
