1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat
0.25 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for South Beach Diet Provolone Chicken Melt

Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Sautee chicken in frying pan with some olive oil. Sprinkle olive oil on one side of bread. Cut garlic and smear/place on bread. Broil for one minute. Take out and place red peppers, chicken, and one slice of provolone on top of bread. Broil for another minute.
