3 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
0.33 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
0.33 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 cup, cubes Avocados
0.33 cup, diced Celery
0.33 cup slices Radishes
1 medium (3-3/4" long) Pickles, Cucumber, Dill

Recipe Directions for South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna

Chop all ingredients. Toss with fat free salad dressing in a bowl. Serve over romaine leaves.
