2 clove Garlic
8 oz Beef Stew Meat
25 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 tsp Chili Powder
15 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for South Beach Chili

  1. Brown Meat

  2. Add Onion and Garlic saute til soft

  3. Add Tomatoes

  4. Drain Kidney Beans and Rinse add to mixture

  5. add Cumin, Salt and Pepper and simmer for 15 minutes
