I know, it sounds disgusting, but it rocks.

Recipe Ingredients for South Beach Brownies

15 oz. black beans , drained and rinsed
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. water
4 tbs. cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for South Beach Brownies

  1. mix all ingredients except the beans in blender until well mixed

  2. add beans to blender and puree until smooth

  3. pour into a non-stick (or sprayed with non-stick baking spray) 8x8 baking dish

  4. bake at 350 for 30 minutes
