1/4 cup dry Organic Buckwheat Flour
0.75 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
4 slices Kirkland, Maple Bacon
6 oz Water
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Sourdough Bacon Buckwheat Waffles

Feed your starter the flours and water the morning before. The next day add all the leavening ingredients, sugar and the egg; whisk to combine. Add your fully fermented starter and whisk for 30 seconds. You will see the batter come together. Fold in the precooked chopped bacon and make your waffles. Enjoy!
