Recipe Ingredients for sourcream meatballs

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tbl sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for sourcream meatballs

in a bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/2 cup milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the milk. Form into small meat balls, and fry in skillet. In the meantime, combine the mushroom soup and 1 cup milk. When meatballs are browned, pour the soup and milk over and stir well. Allow to cook until the gravy had reduced and thickened, about 20 to 30 minutes. This is very good over rice or egg noodles
