Fragrant sour soup with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Sour soup with mushrooms

500 g pork
100 g bacon
100 g smoked sausage
2 onions
1 carrot
50 g celery
300 g sauerkraut
400 g field mushrooms
1 potatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
5 g of bay leaves

Recipe Directions for Sour soup with mushrooms

  1. Put pork in the pan, pour 2 - 2.25 liters of water, bring to boil. Remove noise, add vegetables (onions, carrots. Celery), cover, reduce heat to low. Cook for about 2 hours.

  2. After half an hour after the start of cooking pork broth to pack the cabbage into another saucepan, add mushrooms and water to the top of the cabbage. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat until soft - around an hour.

  3. From the broth to remove the meat and vegetables. Meat delay, and discard vegetables. Meat cut into small pieces and return to broth.

  4. In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and spasserovat onions until golden brown. Add onion and sliced potatoes to the broth, a little salt, add the bay leaf, thyme, cover and cook on low heat for half an hour. Add cabbage, stir and continue cooking for another 15 - 20 minutes. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream and rye bread.
