Here is a recipe for Sour Dough pizza. I've already prepared my own starter and have built up quite a bit of it. I've tried it with 2 medium thin crust pizzas. But this one is for 1 large thicker crust pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Sour Dough Pizza

1 1/2 cups wheat flour (or part white, part wheat)
12 ounces sourdough starter (1 1/2 cups)
1 tbs water
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
12 ounces part skim mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 cups)
2 ounces ham
2 teaspoons yeast
8 ounces tomato sauce
8 ounces pineapple

Recipe Directions for Sour Dough Pizza

Get out starter the night before and feed it with 1/2 Cup flour and 1/2 cup warm water. Let it rise overnight covered with plastic wrap. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour with salt. Combine 1 tablespoon warm water with yeast. (the yeast will give it a little boost to help the dough be a little softer.) combine the yeast mixture, flour/salt and sourdough starter together. Knead with your hands in the air until combined, add a little olive oil and knead it in. Put it in an oiled (sprayed) bowl, cover and let rise until double. Later preheat oven to the hottest temp it has or 550 degrees. Roll it out and place it on a pizza stone or large pizza round or cookie sheet. (don't necessarily need to let the stone heat in the oven. I find it gets too crunchy if I do that.) Add sauce and toppings. The above is just a suggestion. Bake in the hot oven for 8-10 minutes.
