Recipe Ingredients for Sour Cream - Soy

12 oz Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu*
1/2 whole lemon (juice of)
1 clove garlic, (minced)
1/8 tsp. Salt (optional)
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Sour Cream - Soy

Blend tofu, lemon, garlic, and salt until smooth and creamy. Remove from blender and stir in parsley and scallions. Chill before serving. Notes: Substitute 2 Tbsp. dried dill and 1/8 cup dried parsley if fresh is not available.
