Recipe Ingredients for Sour Cream Potato Salad with Chive and Dill

6 red potatos
1/2 cups light sour cream
1/2 cups fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cups chives
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp dill
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Sour Cream Potato Salad with Chive and Dill

  1. Dice potatos into bite size chunks

  2. Boil for 15 min or until fork tender. Drain and immearse into an ice bath to stop the cooking

  3. Drain potatos and fold in remaining ingredients
