Beef enchiladas in a sour cream sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Sour Cream Enchiladas

8 Flour Tortillas
16 oz Sour Cream
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, diced
22 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup of Low-Fat Milk
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin

Recipe Directions for Sour Cream Enchiladas

Brown ground beef and onion, drain, add seasonings, set aside. Warm 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with sour cream and milk until bubbly. Put 2 tablespoons beef mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese in each flour tortilla, roll. Layer half of soup mixture in baking dish with enchiladas and more soup mixture on top. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
