A combination of sour cream, chicken and cream of chicken to make delicious enchiladas

Recipe Ingredients for Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
20 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
24 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

First the chicken is cooked and cubed when done. In a bowl mix 2 cans of cream of chicken with 1 tub of sour cream. Add onions cut small and mix. Warm corn tortillas and fill them with mix leaving enough to spread on top of the enchiladas. Add mozzarella cheese, cover and cook in over for 30 minutes.
