Recipe Ingredients for Sour Cream and Chicken Enchiladas

1 cup chicken breast, cooked and chopped
2 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz plain yogurt
4 oz green chilies
12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
16 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Sour Cream and Chicken Enchiladas

Combine the chicken, soup, yogurt, chilies and 1 cup of cheese. Spread 2 tbs on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add approximately 2 tbs of the mixture to each tortilla, rolling each and placing them in the pan. Once the pan is filled with one layer of tortillas, spread the remaining mixture to cover the entire dish. Cook at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Add remaining cheese to the top and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
