Easy, Fast and Inexpensive Vegetarian Soup ... high on Calcium, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium, Thiamin, Vitamin A, B6, C and No cholesterol and very low in Sodium

Recipe Ingredients for SOUP - Yellow Split Peas (Vegetarian)

240 grams Split Peas Yellow 1/4 cup (Jack Rabbit)
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for SOUP - Yellow Split Peas (Vegetarian)

  1. On the Coconut Oil saute Onion till glossy about 5 min

  2. add minced Galic - saute for another 1 minute (no not burn)

  3. add washed Split Peas

  4. and cover with 3 cups of Water

  5. add Bay leave + Rosemary

  6. Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes
