15 oz corn
15 oz green beans
15 oz diced tomatos
15 oz black beans
15 oz kidney beans
15 oz asparagus
1 cup cabbage
15 oz diced tomatos
15 oz chicken stock, low sodium

Recipe Directions for Soup, vegetable, homemade

  1. Place all ingredients in crock poot and cook on low for

  2. 8 - 10 hours,

  3. To add a little spice, use Rotel (tomatos with chili) in lieu of one or both cans of diced tomatos

  4. Use low sodium broth (chicken or beef) and low sodium veggies
