Light tasty broth made from the drippin's of a fresh-roasted turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Soup Turkey Broth 2011.04.02 [10oz]

150 grams fresh onion
200 grams fresh tomatoes
150 grams carrots
150 grams celery
1 1/2 cups turkey broth
6 cups water
2 tbsp basil, dried
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp dehydrated onion
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp sesame seeds
2 oz. beef bouillon
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp Soy Sauce Basque Norte

Recipe Directions for Soup Turkey Broth 2011.04.02 [10oz]

  1. Bring to boil, then simmer turkey neck, giblets in stainless steel pot with all other ingredients for 2 hours.

  2. Remove neck & giblets... cut up and serve separately.

  3. Spoon remaining broth over rice and giblets.
