i will sometimes add half a packet of ramen noodles, and vegetarian meat products

Recipe Ingredients for soup

1 cup green beans
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 cup spinach
1/2 cup carrots
1/3 cup sugar snap peas

Recipe Directions for soup

  1. saute beans, mushrooms, and peas in olive oil

  2. boil and add 3 or 4 cups of water

  3. add broccoli, soy sauce and chopped carrots

  4. cook for 4/5 minutes so vegetables are tender but not soggy

  5. pour over spinach in soup bowl
