Recipe Ingredients for Soup Pork, Chorizo, Potato, Yam, Onion, Spinach and seasoning

1 lbs
1 serving
1 lbs potato
1/2 lbs yam
1 bunch spinach, raw
1 onion, diced
10 cloves garlic
1 cup parsley, raw
1 cup chives, raw
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 serving
6 cups water
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Soup Pork, Chorizo, Potato, Yam, Onion, Spinach and seasoning

  1. In a pressure cooker add olive oil and minced garlic. Stir.

  2. Add pork loin country-style ribs. Stir.

  3. Add 6 cups of water, chorizo, potato and yam in cubes, spinach, onions, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and ham bouillon. Stir.

  4. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 - 30 minutes.
