400 grams Tomatoes Diced
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
3 medium Green Bell Peppers
200 grams Broccoli
1 cup Onions
2 medium stalks Celery
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 Glass Water
3 tsp Cumin Seed

Cut all left over veg add tin tomatoes clove garlic 500 ml water and cummin and salt and boil 40 min and liquidise
