1 serving Chicken Bouillon Bouillon Cubes

Recipe Directions for Soup Homemade with Collard Greens, Herbs and Diced Tomatoes

Saute onions, carrots, celery, garlic with olive oil, while boiling large pot of water. Add herb ox to pot, add washed collard greens, simmer for 1 hour, then add 15.6 oz can of diced tomatoes with basil & garlic with all contents, then add items from saute pan. Simmer one more hour at least, salt and pepper to taste. You can also add garbanzo beans, kidney beans, diced pototes &/or hot italian sausage (sauted with other ingrediants with skin removed for less fat calories).
