14 oz Chicken Broth
2 Mushrooms, sliced
1 egg, beaten
1 spring onion, sliced
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Soup, Egg Drop

  1. Heat chicken broth and mushrooms to a simmer

  2. Reduce heat add beaten egg slowly, while stirring gently. Add spring onion and sesame oil. Serve
