I use this as a tea when my allergies are acting up or as a soup base.

Recipe Ingredients for Soup Base

4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
5 clove Garlic
1 Teaspoon Thyme
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Soup Base

Peel 5 cloves of garlic and slice or chop into small pieces, Add garlic, 1 tsp thyme and 1/2 tsp ginger to 4 cups water In small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving. Base will be a green color when it is ready.
