Recipe Ingredients for Souffle Egg Wrap

1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.33 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
1 oz Fiesta Salsa, Medium or Mild
1 oz Calcium Enriched Reduced Fat 2% Milk
1 ea Gourmet Wraps

Recipe Directions for Souffle Egg Wrap

Spritz (tiny amount) spray canola into a microwaveable 2 cup container. Add skim milk, egg, and whisk thoroughly - try using a battery operated whisk to get lots of air in. Microwave 25 seconds. Place paper towel, then tortilla, then the egg in container in the microwave & zap another 25-40 seconds until egg rises way high. Tip egg onto tortilla, sprinkle with cheddar & salsa, wrap it up & eat.
