1 cup hearts of palm
1 cup sweet yellow corn
1 cup peas
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Souffle - Corn, Hearts of Palm, Peas

Dourar a farinha, e sempre mexendo adicionar o leite. Retirar do fogo, adicionar o óleo, as gemas, uma de cada vez, e bater bem. Levar novamente ao fogo, juntar o palmito picadinho, o sal e a salsa, deixando no fogo até levantar fervura. Adicionar 2 colheres de queijo ralado e as claras em neve. Misturar bem e despejar em um pirex untado. Polvilhar com queijo ralado e assar em forno quente.
