1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
0.33 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for SOS Gravy

  1. Brown ground meat and strain off excess oil

  2. Add flour to meat mixture, stirring well so flour is absorbed by remaining oils

  3. Add milk, half n half, stir on low heat

  4. Add S/P to taste
