Sandwich buns with Glueten Free Flour

Recipe Ingredients for Sorghum Flour Buns

1 1/2 cup Flour
1 t salt
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 cup water
2 tbs wheat germ
2 tbs honey

Recipe Directions for Sorghum Flour Buns

Mix flour, salt and baking powder together. Add wheat germ, honey and water. Mix, divide into 5 balls and roll in sprinkling of flour so you can handle without stickyness. Pat down on baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
