Crunchy & tasty stuff. Can replace mushrooms with asparagus, throw in cabbage or whatever the heart desires.

Recipe Ingredients for Soo's Veggies in Oyster Sauce

2 cups celery, cut up, diagonally into 1 inch pieces
10 shitake mushrooms, diced
2 cups green beans, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs oil

Recipe Directions for Soo's Veggies in Oyster Sauce

Heat oil in wok. Toss in green beans. After 2 minutes, add celery and then mushrooms. Add oyster sauce. Mix well and serve hot.
