Stir-fried rice noodles with Thai broccoli & ground turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Soo's Stir-Fry Rice Noodles

2 lbs rice noodles
2 tbs oil
1 tbs garlic
1 onion
1 lb broccoli
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tbs fish sauce
4 red chili pepper
1/8 lb basil

Recipe Directions for Soo's Stir-Fry Rice Noodles

  1. Chop garlic, onions & broccoli.

  2. Separate noodles and mix in 2 tsp soy sauce. Set aside

  3. Heat oil in wok. Add half garlic & chillis. Add turkey, 1 tbs fish sauce & sugar. Remove from heat and place in bowl.

  4. Heat oil in wok. Add half garlic & chillis. Add onions. When cooked, add broccoli. Cook until done.

  5. Add turkey. When hot, add noodles. Serve when noodles are soft & supple.
