Recipe Ingredients for Soo's Fried Rice

6 cups cooked rice
2 tsp garlic
1 onion
2 carrots
2 yellow peppers
2 zucchini
2 tsp fish sauce
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbs oil

Recipe Directions for Soo's Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in wok. Add garlic, chopped oinions. Then add chopped carrots, chopped yellow peppers, chopped zucchini (in that order).

  2. Add fish sauce and mix.

  3. Make a hole in the rice, and place beaten eggs within. Wait until it cooks and stir. When it looks like scrambled eggs, mix in.

  4. Garnish with cilantro and sliced cucumber.
