a high protein mix I threw together to eat with Trader Joe's Savory Mini Thins.

Recipe Ingredients for sooper tuna

4 oz tuna
8 oz garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs
2 stalks celery
1 teaspoon mustard

Recipe Directions for sooper tuna

  1. chop eggs and celery, mix in tuna and garbanzo beans.

  2. add mayo and mustard, mix well.

  3. if desired add pepper and salt. I generally don't add salt because I'm trying to watch my salt intake.
