Not so healthy, but SO good. Mkae the night before and let rise in fridge, and bake for an easy morning treat

Recipe Ingredients for Sonya's cinnamon buns

2.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tbsp Original Spread
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.17 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Milk Powder Skim Instant
1.5 tsp Yeast
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Sonya's cinnamon buns

Combine all ingredients (except last three)in bread machine dough cycle. When complete, roll out into a 6x12" rectangle. Spread margarine on dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamona nd sprinkle over dough. Roll up, pinch edges, andcut into 9 rolls Place in greased cake pan, and let rise on warm over for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, till slightly bronw on top. Icing on top is extra calories, so that's up to you.
