Whole Food's Sonoma Chicken Salad with 1/2 yogurt replacement

Recipe Ingredients for Sonoma Chicken Salad

23 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cup, seedless Grapes, Red Or Green (European Type Varieties, Such As, Thompson Seedless)
2 cup, diced Celery
2 tbsp Poppy Seed
0.3 serving best yet lowfat plain yogurt
2.6 oz Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
0.75 cup, chopped Pecans

Recipe Directions for Sonoma Chicken Salad

  1. 1. Bake chicken 375 oven. Let cool

  2. 2. Mix wet stuff together and refrigerate

  3. 3. Chop celery and mix everythign together and refrigerate and serve.
