Recipe Ingredients for Sonoma chicken salad

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
3/4 cup pecans, toasted
1 cup grapes, red seedless
1 1/2 cup celery
1/2 sweet onion

Recipe Directions for Sonoma chicken salad

Boil chicken - 3 minutes in boiling water, then turn off stove and let sit for 8-12 minutes until no longer pink. Let cool for about 1-2 hours, then dice. Mix first 5 ingredients to make dressing (season with salt and pepper to taste). Add remaining ingredients, mix, and add dressing.
