Light Pasta with Lots of Veggies and Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Sonoma Chicken Pasta

10 oz. Bow Tie Pasta
1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken breasts
14 1/2 oz. (Del Monte) Stewed Tomatoes, Italian Recipe
15 oz. Tomato Sauce
9 oz. Artichoke Hearts
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Recipe Directions for Sonoma Chicken Pasta

  1. Cook chicken in large skillet coated with non-stick spray; set cooked chicken aside.

  2. Cook pasta according to directions; drain and keep warm.

  3. Add cooked pasta to the chicken and stir in undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook for 15 minute, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add artichokes and olives; heat through.

  5. Garnish with parmesan cheese or feta if desired.
