Recipe Ingredients for Solais Collard Greens

4 cups collard greens
1 T olive oil
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
4 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Solais Collard Greens

  1. Saute garlic and onions in the olive oil until onions are translucent.

  2. Add the greens and stir until they are dark green and wilted looking.

  3. Add stock, bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for 2+ hours, until the greens are tender.
