Solar baked crust with peaches and yogurt chilled for three hours.

Recipe Ingredients for Sol Peach Yogurt Pie

1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. honey
1 T. almond oil
1 c. plain yogurt
8 oz. cream cheese
1 T. honey
1 T. vanilla
1 c. peaches
1 t. honey

Recipe Directions for Sol Peach Yogurt Pie

Combine sunflower seeds, walnuts and pecans in blender and blend until fine. Add cinnamon, honey, almond oil and a little water to hold together and press into pie pan. Place in solar cooker for two hours. Place in refrigerator and chill for an hour. Combine rest of ingredients and fill the pie shell. Add cut peaches and place on top with honey drizzled over. Serve with iced sun tea.
