1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
100 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
158 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
100 grams Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 cup Tomato Products
1 cup, cubes Turnips
1 tbsp Saffron
3 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Soggy rice (Spanish dish)

  1. Salt the meat (chopped) in a pot with the olive oil. Then and the tomato, until de meat goes golden.

  2. Then you add the vegetables, and salt it for a little while.

  3. Cover everything with water and let it boil slowly.

  4. Then you put the rice and the saffron to add colour, and boil it until the rice is ready.
