Recipe Ingredients for Soft, rich banana bread

3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Soft, rich banana bread

  1. Mix butter and bananas until smooth

  2. Add sugar, egg and vanilla

  3. Add salt and baking soda

  4. Mix in flour.

  5. Bake 1 hour at 175 C
