Soft pretzel stick that can be used for a hoagie bun

Recipe Ingredients for Soft pretzel roll, 5 oz

6 cups water, warm
4 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons yeast
4 pounds bread flour

Recipe Directions for Soft pretzel roll, 5 oz

  1. Heat mixing bowl to room temp and place warm water in bowl.

  2. Add yeast, sugar and salt; stir lightly.

  3. Add bread flour to mixing bowl with a dough hook and mix until dough leaves side of bowl.

  4. Let rise to double in size.

  5. Scale bread to 5 oz, smaller if desired.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or until double in size and slight brown color.

  7. May butter spray and add sea salt to the top.
