a delicious vegetarian entree size salad, to be paired with your choice of dressing, I recommend a low fat vinaigrette.

Recipe Ingredients for Soda's Salad

1 cup romaine lettuce
1 golden delicious apple
30 g cashews
1/4 cup raw green peppers
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup chick peas

Recipe Directions for Soda's Salad

chop all of the fruits & veggies into bite size pieces and put them into a bowl, add nuts and chick peas, toss with whatever dressing you want. Don't forget to log the dressing separate. It is best with a vinaigrette dressing. Also good with lemon juice and pepper.
