Recipe Ingredients for Socca

2/3 cup chickpea flour
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried thyme

Recipe Directions for Socca

Whisk together flour, water, salt and two tbsp olive oil. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat one tbsp olive oil in an iron skillet. Add rosemary and thyme. Add the batter, and quickly slide in oven pre-heated at 500 degrees F. Cook until edges are browned. Slice and serve.
