Recipe Ingredients for SoCal Potatos

1 potato
1 green bell pepper
1/3 red onion
6 mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for SoCal Potatos

  1. Heat skillet to medium heat and add olive oil.

  2. Dice potatos, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms into bite size pieces.

  3. Combine potatos and bell peppers and add to the skillet. Cook until potatos are lightly golden.

  4. Add mushrooms and onions. Cook until musrooms reduce and onions are tender.

  5. Test potatos with a fork to see if they are done and continue as needed.

  6. Serve
