Japanese soba. Can be modified many ways.

Recipe Ingredients for Soba

0.5 serving shirakiku buckwheat soba
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 cup Baby Bok Choy
2 tsp Hon Dashi Soup Stock
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
3 serving Mirin
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 Serving Chicken
4 medium Mushrooms
4 mushrooms Mushrooms, Shiitake, Dried

Recipe Directions for Soba

  1. Soak konbu and shiitake in warm water. Remove shiitake. Bring to boil, add dashi. Add shoyu, mirin, sugar. Add chicken. Add vegetables.

  2. Boil soba separately; rinse in cool water.

  3. Serve with shichimi.
